Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. With four years of experience as a medical social worker, I take a warm yet direct approach, using cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based practices to help clients make practical and meaningful changes. I have a particular passion for supporting older adults and anyone navigating major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT to help clients build insight and develop concrete skills they can apply in daily life. Sessions often include exploring the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; challenging limiting beliefs; and practicing coping strategies designed to create meaningful, lasting change. I tailor CBT techniques to each client’s unique needs and integrate them with a warm, collaborative approach to ensure the work feels supportive, empowering, and effective.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on, at whatever pace feels comfortable. We’ll talk through your history, current concerns, and any immediate needs you have. By the end of our time together, we’ll begin identifying a few initial goals so you leave feeling heard, supported, and grounded in a clear direction.
