Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‐BC) with Radiance Psychiatry and Wellness, I take a whole‐person approach to mental health care. I recognize that emotional well‐being is shaped by many factors — physical health, stress, relationships, and life experiences — and I work with clients to address each of these areas.

I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach blends medication management with supportive therapy, patient education, and lifestyle‐based strategies. I strive to create a welcoming, culturally sensitive space where clients feel empowered, understood, and supported.

My goal is to help you build resilience, gain insight, and move toward a healthier, more balanced life.

My approach to therapy

I take an evidence‐based, patient‐centered approach to mental health care. I begin by understanding your symptoms, history, and goals, then work with you to develop a clear and individualized treatment plan. My style is calm, supportive, and focused on helping you gain insight and stability.

I provide medication management along with supportive therapeutic techniques, and I often integrate elements of cognitive‐behavioral strategies, stress‐reduction skills, and education to help you better understand your mental health. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma‐related conditions. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I take time to learn about you as a whole person — your stress, routines, relationships, and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll talk through your symptoms and explore what support might help you feel better. I keep things simple, open, and judgment‐free. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and understood from the very beginning.
