Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides a supportive, thoughtful space for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy works best when clients feel truly seen, respected, and safe to explore both their struggles and strengths.

I work with clients who may feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward despite doing “all the right things.” Many of my clients are high-functioning, caring individuals who carry a great deal internally. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, make sense of patterns, and build practical tools for lasting change.

I value therapy that honors the whole person—emotional, relational, cultural, and spiritual when relevant—and I tailor treatment to each client’s needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

My approach to therapy

My work is trauma-informed and integrative. I draw from evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s lived experience.

Modalities I use include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Attachment-based interventions
  • Family systems–informed therapy
  • Emotion regulation and grounding strategies

I focus on helping clients understand patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop practical tools they can use outside of sessions. Therapy is collaborative—we work together to identify goals, pace the process appropriately, and build insight alongside action.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe sessions as:

  • Grounding and reflective
  • Structured but not rigid
  • Emotionally safe and non-judgmental
  • Practical, with tools they can apply in daily life

I prioritize clarity, emotional safety, and respect. We move at a pace that supports meaningful growth without overwhelming the nervous system.
