Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lucy Oh, LCSW, (she/her/hers), a licensed psychotherapist based in the Los Angeles area. Being a native Angeleno raised by immigrant parents informs my therapeutic approach and interests. My expertise lies in supporting individuals navigate issues related to depression, anxiety, challenging life transitions, stress and burnout, addiction, gender identity, and intergenerational trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a culturally sensitive therapist, I integrate mindfulness, CBT, and DBT to help you break unhealthy patterns so you can live life with meaning and purpose. I place each person's inherent dignity and worth at the forefront and provide a safe space to process past traumas, heal, and embrace life in its entirety.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, you will learn tools to become unstuck, stay in the present moment, and live a life in line with your values. I will guide you in practicing self-compassion and improving your relationship with yourself and others. Together, we will find healthy ways to manage intense emotions, stress, and to nurture self-care.
