Great to meet you!

I specialize in trauma, PTSD and complex/developmental trauma, attachment wounding, anxiety, and depression. I deeply understand the profound imprint trauma has on the mind, body, and spirit. I utilize a holistic approach to address all areas of being that are impacted by trauma. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit to endure and overcome incredible hardship, and I know that a sense of safety and wholeness can be restored even after years of chronic stress and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients from an attachment lens. Trauma is deeply relational in nature and therefore, safe and empowering relationships are the foundation for healing.

I utilize EMDR, somatic therapy, inner child work, guided imagery/visualization, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, nervous system regulation practices, trauma-informed CBT, and ACT in my practice.

What you can expect from me

Healing begins when we finally feel safe enough to express our truth in the presence of a compassionate witness. My deepest intention is to create a safe container for healing and transformation to unfold.

I believe that our bodies and nervous systems carry the untold stories of our past pain and that healing begins by remembering and giving voice to these stories. Rather than trying to change or ‘fix’ you, I hold the possibility for a deep sense of wholeness to emerge from integrating and reclaiming the parts of you that were dis-membered during and after trauma or loss. I will gently invite you to breathe into and give life to those lost places within that have been waiting to be found.
