I have conducted well over 5,000 therapy sessions with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including risk for hospitalization, depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, bereavement, panic disorder, and family-related challenges involving children, adolescents, and parents. I also have experience working with oppositional defiant disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. I am fully independently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut, fully insured, and maintain up-to-date continuing education (CEUs). My clinical approach is grounded in research-based, evidence-supported interventions backed by science and empirical data, with the goal of promoting meaningful change in the brain through therapeutic strategies specifically tailored to each client’s unique needs.
