Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I received my MSW from Hunter College School of Social Work, and my work draws from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, narrative and solution-focused approaches, DBT-informed strategies, and mindfulness-based practices. I help people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship and family conflicts, and everyday stress. My goal is to provide a warm, relaxed, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to deepen insight, build practical tools, and support meaningful, lasting change. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy to help you move toward greater balance, healing, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, respectful, and collaborative. My approach draws from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, narrative and solution-focused approaches, DBT-informed strategies, and mindfulness-based practices, all within a warm, empathic relationship. Sessions create space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns while building practical skills. Together, we’ll work toward insight, healing, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In our first meeting, you’ll find a warm, welcoming space to share what’s on your mind and what brings you in. I’ll listen carefully, explain what to expect, and together we’ll begin clarifying your goals. You can go at your own pace and ask questions anytime. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together toward meaningful change.
