Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I received my MSW from Hunter College School of Social Work, and my work draws from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, narrative and solution-focused approaches, DBT-informed strategies, and mindfulness-based practices. I help people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship and family conflicts, and everyday stress. My goal is to provide a warm, relaxed, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to deepen insight, build practical tools, and support meaningful, lasting change. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy to help you move toward greater balance, healing, and well-being.
