Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Hunter College and completed advanced training in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. I help people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship and family conflicts, and everyday stress. My goal is to provide a warm, relaxed, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns so you can gain insight, develop practical tools, and create lasting change. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy to help you move toward healing, balance, and wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, respectful, and collaborative. My style combines evidence-based methods — such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques — with a warm, empathic presence rooted in psychodynamic understanding. Sessions with me are a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns while also learning practical skills. Together, we’ll work toward insight, healing, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In our first meeting, you’ll get a warm, welcoming space to share what’s on your mind. I’ll explain how therapy works, listen to your story, and together we’ll start clarifying your goals. You’re free to go at your own pace and ask any questions. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer picture of how we can work together toward the changes you’re hoping for.
