Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker originally from Washington DC, and the Dominican Republic who is deeply committed to supporting individuals from all communities, with a special focus on People of Color, Latine, and other minority populations, in improving their mental health and overall well-being. I provide therapy services for adults, couples, and older adults, with the goal of creating a safe and supportive space—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—where clients can unpack their experiences and begin their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the Ecological Systems Model and People-in-Environment (PiE), applied through a trauma-informed lens. This allows me to meet clients where they are, honor their unique circumstances, and provide care that reflects the broader context of their lives. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients strengthen resilience, build coping skills, and improve their overall health and wellness.

What you can expect from me

I believe we all face mental health challenges at times, and having a safe, affirming space for support is vital in today’s changing world. I build relationships on trust, empowerment, and care, and my commitment is to see and support you fully as you are while walking alongside you on your journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
