Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults around anxiety, mood concerns, relationships, and feeling stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. I care a lot about creating a real, human connection in therapy—not just giving advice or tools. My style is warm and collaborative, but also honest and thoughtful. I believe therapy works best when support and personal responsibility go hand in hand.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and insight-focused, meaning we pay attention to your experiences, your relationships, and the patterns that show up in your life. I try to create a space that feels supportive while also helping you gently challenge what keeps you stuck. If you’re newer to therapy, we can take time to get to know each other first. If you feel ready, we can also move more directly into deeper and more meaningful work—and it’s completely okay to feel unsure or conflicted about starting therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, low-pressure conversation focused on what brings you in and what you’re hoping for. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and making sure this feels like a good fit. If you’re feeling unsure about therapy, that’s very common—and we can talk openly about it. If you’re ready to dive in, we can also begin working with the issues that matter most to you right away.
