Great to meet you!

Success in therapy is determined by the ability of the therapist to connect to their clients. I take this quite seriously. You are the expert on you! I am here to help you sort it all out. I would suggest you meet for one session. If you feel there is no connection, that I do not understand you, please keep searching for the therapist you can connect with. I am open to discuss things further. Please feel free to reach out and see how I can help you on your journey towards your better tomorrows.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a holistic person centered approach. With warmth & support, I supply a safe place to explore uncomfortable emotions. Truthfully there is a lot to sort out when it comes to our thoughts & feelings. Working from the idea of how emotions affect our thoughts, I have been able to work with diverse populations. 5 yr olds to the elderly, Middle Eastern cultures to American picket fence culture. LGBTQ+, adolescents, men, women & mothers all have complex emotions to work through.

What you can expect from me

Working with me, you can expect to learn resilience and sustainability. This means you will be able to do this without me at some point. This is the goal no matter what brings you to me. Suicidal ideation, questions of identity, trauma, anxiety, depression or any of a host of other issues. I'm here to help you understand yourself, who you are and how to achieve what it is you would like to see for yourself. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life, I am here to help you understand it.
