Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, stress, depression, relationship concerns, low motivation, identity concerns, and major life transitions.

My background includes community mental health, medical social work, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, crisis support, and working with people navigating complex life circumstances. I especially enjoy helping clients understand patterns involving overthinking, attention, motivation, relationships, self-esteem, and feeling stuck.

I provide therapy in English and can also provide support in Spanish or Spanglish.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, practical, and connected to what is actually happening in your life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and strengths-based approaches.

Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on what's already working, and develop realistic strategies you can use outside of therapy. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your experiences, values, culture, relationships, strengths, and goals all help shape the work we do together.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be warm, conversational, open-minded, and actively involved in therapy. I'll listen without judgment, but I'll also ask questions, offer observations, identify patterns, teach practical skills, and challenge you when it may be helpful.

Our first sessions will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, what has and hasn't worked before, and what you'd like to change. From there, we'll develop clear goals together. Some sessions may focus on processing what's happening in your life, while others may be more structured and focused on skills, behaviors, decisions, or specific goals.

My goal is for therapy to feel like a partnership where you feel heard and supported while also making meaningful progress outside of our sessions.
