Great to meet you!

My name is Luis Rosas, PMHNP-BC, and I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in emergency nursing and mental health. I’ve spent years caring for patients in high-stress and crisis settings, which taught me the value of resilience, compassion, and meeting people where they are. I provide care for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. My mission is to help clients regain balance, build strength, and move toward the life they want with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health treatment works best when it’s collaborative, practical, and personalized. My style is warm and supportive, but also structured — I’ll listen closely, validate your experiences, and work with you to set clear goals. I combine evidence-based medication management with a focus on mindset, lifestyle, and routine to empower clients in their recovery. I often integrate strategies like motivational coaching, stress-management tools, and education so you feel equipped both inside and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where we’ll talk about your history, current challenges, and goals. I’ll ask questions to understand your symptoms, past treatments, and what’s most important to you right now. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, or therapy referrals. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and supported, with a clear sense of next steps in your care.
