Great to meet you!

I've spent 10 years in the mental health field, with the last two years as a nurse practitioner. My specialization in addictions has given me a deep understanding of how various life challenges can impact mental well-being. I've seen firsthand the resilience of the human spirit, and I bring that perspective into every session. My goal is to create a judgment-free, open, and honest space where you can feel comfortable sharing anything on your mind.

My approach to therapy

Through my practice, I noticed a significant gap: many men felt they lacked a safe, non-judgmental outlet to discuss their struggles. This observation profoundly impacted me and fueled my passion for creating a dedicated space where men can openly explore their emotions, challenges, and goals. I believe that by fostering these conversations, we can break down stigmas and build stronger, healthier lives.

What you can expect from me

Comprehensive Assessment and Personalized Care

Taking the first step to seek support is a significant one, and I want you to feel comfortable and prepared for what to expect at your appointment with Bro Therapy and Psychiatry.

During our first few appointments, we'll spend time getting to know each other and understanding your current concerns and goals. This will involve a comprehensive assessment to gain a full picture of your mental health, history, and any challenges you're currently facing.

Based on this assessment, we'll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your specific needs and preferences. This plan may include various therapeutic approaches, and I am also equipped to provide diagnostic services to help clarify any underlying conditions.

Optional Medication Regimens

For some individuals, medication can be a valuable component of a comprehensive mental health treatment plan. If appropriate and if we both agree it could be beneficial, I can discuss and provide optional medication regimens. This is always a collaborative decision, and I will thoroughly explain any potential benefits, risks, and alternatives, ensuring you are fully informed to make the best choice for yourself.

My commitment is to empower you in your journey towards improved mental well-being. I look forward to working with you and providing the support you need to grow and thrive.
