Hello, Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I have an extensive history working with individuals with substance, mental health, and other life issues and with diverse cultures, races, ages, and genders. I graduated from Fordham University School of Social Work with an MSW. I currently have an LCSW license, CASAC-Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. I specialize in Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Grief, depression, Bipolar, BPD, Substance Abuse disorders, Anger Management and other psychiatric conditions. I am also bilingual English and Spanish and have over 20 yrs of experience in the helping profession.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic focus is on utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, a trauma-informed, Mindfulness, client-centered, strengths perspective, DBT approach. I tailor my approach to your individualized needs.
