Great to meet you!

I am a warm and approachable therapist and I genuinely believe in the power of connection and understanding.

My goal is to create a safe and inviting space where you can explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings openly. I bring concepts and practices to help you enhance mindfulness, emotional awareness, and distress tolerance, as well as practices to increase joy. I enjoy blending evidence-based practices with a touch of creativity to help you navigate your unique journey. I’m here to listen, support, and empower you as we work together to uncover insights and build resilience.

My approach to therapy

I work exclusively with adult individual therapy (18+).

In my practice, I adopt a collaborative and client-centered approach, believing that the therapeutic relationship is foundational to healing. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. My style is warm and empathetic, allowing for open dialogue and genuine connection.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and parental challenges from a trauma informed lens. I often incorporate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness to help clients gain insight and develop practical coping strategies. I also value the importance of holistic well-being, often integrating discussions about lifestyle, self-care, and personal goals into our sessions.

Together, we will work at your pace, setting achievable goals and celebrating your progress as you navigate life’s challenges. My aim is to empower you to find your voice and build the resilience needed for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I help clients in their process of:

  • Understanding patterns in thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
  • Building skills to manage overwhelming feelings and respond rather than react.
  • Developing healthy tools to navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Clarifying values, boundaries, and personal strengths.
  • Processing difficult experiences so they feel less intrusive and more integrated.
  • Strengthening the ability to adapt, recover, and grow through challenges.
  • Moving from surviving to feeling more fulfilled and purposeful.
