Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward healing and greater emotional well-being is an important decision, and I’m glad you’re here. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families who want to improve their relationships—with others and with themselves. I offer LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and specialize in trauma-focused treatment, including being EMDR certified.

My approach to therapy

Healing is not linear. Unresolved or traumatic experiences can become “stuck,” often showing up as anxiety, emotional distress, relationship challenges, or patterns that feel hard to break. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, and I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as EMDR therapy, DBT skills, CBT, somatic experiencing, meditation and breathwork, and a strong focus on relationship dynamics.

What you can expect from me

The goal of therapy is to help you feel better, gain insight, and develop tools that support lasting change—so that therapy eventually becomes something you no longer need. In our first session, you can expect a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space to get comfortable, ask questions, and clarify your goals. Building a strong therapeutic relationship takes time, and I adapt my approach to meet you where you are. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your healing journey.
