I work with all adults with an emphasis on adults of all ages, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, life transitions/adjustments, family of origin issues, communication deficits, low self-esteem, lack of assertiveness, relationship concerns, and spiritual matters. My clients often find themselves at crossroads with challenging questions like "Where do I go from here?", "How do I make sense of this?", and "What is my purpose?".

As a Christian therapist, I welcome believers and non-believers alike. I lean on my knowledge as a therapist and insight as a believer to assist my clients in improving their mental health.
