Great to meet you!

I appreciate your courage to reach out for help. As a board Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I want to help you achieve a stable and productive life. I appreciate how hard it is to reach out for help and I'm excited to work with you to work through the challenges you are currently facing in your life. I’ve been practicing for 25+ years, and have specialized in treating substance use, process addictions, ADHD, depression and Anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and client-centered. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop effective tools to help you move toward the life you want. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused approaches, adapting treatment to what works best for you.

I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where growth and lasting change can occur. It would be an honor to partner with you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

  1. Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns at your own pace. My priority is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of the path ahead.
