Great to meet you!

I believe in treating the whole person, recognizing that the mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected-both physically and emotionally. Many illnesses can be seen as direct results of repetitive negative thoughts and feelings. Thought therapy, we embark on a journey together to enhance our perceptions of ourselves and our environment, fostering healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

As an eclectic therapist, I believe that no single therapeutic modality can fully address the diverse needs of every individual, couple, or family. "one size does not fit all." Instead I draw from a variety of evidenced-based approaches, tailoring interventions to each client's unique personality, cultural experiences, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Healing is not a linear process, nor is it confined to one dimension of experience. Growth can occur at multiple levels. Therapy is a partnership and I see my role as a guide and collaborator, empowering clients to access their own inner wisdom and resources to they can apply coping skills to daily life.
