Great to meet you!

I know finding a good and competent therapist can be tough. I believe I can help. I have worked in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings with younger and older adults. I use a number of different skills found in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am currently certified in DBT. I am experienced with issues of addiction, anxiety, bipolar, codependency, depression, grief, life transition, relationship/family, self-esteem, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy knowing that my clients are the ones that must uncover the answers for themselves. I can listen and at times guide. However, I believe clients are the ones that need to take the steps forward. I think this makes the journey both scary and rewarding.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a welcoming and warm style. I provide direct feedback for clients that want this type of feedback. Book a session a session for anytime available.
