Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor who has been working in the field for over 10 years. I work with individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief/loss. I also support clients who are feeling overwhelmed by job pressures, career uncertainty, or burnout, and are looking for a healthier, more sustainable way forward. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps. My goal is to help you build clarity, emotional resilience, and the tools to live a more meaningful, balanced life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized—therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll identify your goals and the areas of your life you’d like to see change, then develop a plan that fits your unique personality and experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other modalities.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together my goal is understand more about you and the circumstances in your life that are impacting you. We will then create a plan and identify what specific goals and changes you want to see in your life.
