Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience in private practice, working with individuals across a range of settings — from independent practice to agency work. I specialize in brief therapy and single-session work, which means I'm focused on giving you something meaningful and actionable in every session we have together. I practice via telehealth and believe that quick, accessible care can be very useful.

My approach to therapy

I work with a brief therapy model, which means we get to work quickly — I'm not interested in prolonged intake processes or lengthy warm-up periods. My style is direct, warm, and practical: I meet you where you are and we focus on what will actually move the needle for you. I've found that people can achieve a lot in the short term with a skilled, present therapist for the time they have.

What you can expect from me

You can expect us to dive in — I don't believe in saving the real work for session three. From the moment we connect, I'm listening closely to understand what brought you here and what would make this time feel worthwhile for you. My goal is that you leave our first session with something tangible, whether that's a new perspective, a clearer sense of your situation, or a concrete next step.
