Great to meet you!

I grew up in the Seattle area and moved to Bozeman Montana in 2013. I have always had a passion for helping people with their issues. I pursued a degree in psychology and a masters degree in mental health counseling. I bring a non judgemental and empathetic attitude to counseling. Everyone has unique backgrounds and experiences. I believe this highlights the importance of client specific treatment plans, which is how I approach therapy.

My approach to therapy

Counseling is a collaborative process between client and counselor. I help clients establish realisitc goals that can dramatically improve mental health and well-being. Helping clients learn effective self-care methods is also an important aspect of my process. Counseling is often only one hour a week, and I like knowing clients are supported between sessions.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be a difficult process for clients. A lot of uncomfortable memories and topics often must be addressed. I strive to ensure that clients feel safe and comfortable during these difficult discussions. My hope is that clients leave every session feeling empowered and confident in the treatment plan.
