Great to meet you!

Thank you for stopping by. I'm a licensed therapist and have been actively working with clients for the past 23 years. Iv had the pleasure and experience and have worked with most MH disorders/significant life affecting events and across all age groups. My passion is to be authentically present while facilitating a search for meaning of past/present events. I believe self love is essential therefor self esteem development is fostered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is typically eclectic, mostly pulling from 'evidence-based programs (EBP's) and depending on client presentation, needs and goals.

If you are ready to create change in your life? Feeling motivated by significant life events, major life changes, lacking goals/motivation in life or simply wanting to know/understand/love self?

Taking the first step in seeking professional support is usually the hardest step.

The counseling environment I strive to facilitate is a safe, non-judging and open to support the areas of life you choose to focus on.

I provide support and a wealth of psycho-education as you process and articulate your struggles. I help you keep a steady focus on hope, creating change and embracing the positive possibilities for your life.

Y Hablo Espanol!
