I value my work in the field of mental health and have been fortunate to witness treatment positively impacting the lives of my clients. I have a proven record of demonstrating the role that therapy plays in helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, addiction, grief and much more. I use a variety of treatment approaches depending on your needs. My goal is to help you heal and grow from your experiences.

We will work towards the life you prefer by helping you process & identify behaviors, thoughts and feelings that are at the core and contributing to where you currently are. You will be taught coping strategies and techniques that will aid in new patterns of thoughts, behaviors and emotions that are aligned with your goals.

Sessions are supportive and laid back. We work at your pace to address the issues as you see them. You will have a place where you could freely release all of your thoughts.
