Great to meet you!

Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated my career to nonprofit organizations. I served as a substance abuse counselor for 4 years before pursuing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including children & adults. Specifically, I’ve supported individuals who have endured trauma, grappled with severe mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, and victims of domestic violence.

My approach to therapy

I deeply engage with my clients’ experiences, striving to see the world through their eyes and gain a profound understanding of their struggles. My approach is collaborative—I view my clients as the true experts of their own lives. Drawing inspiration from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we work together to identify their core values. These values serve as a compass, guiding purpose-driven decisions that align with their authentic selves.

What you can expect from me

My clients will discover a safe haven where they can openly share their experiences without fear of judgment. They’ll find solace in knowing that their vulnerability is not only accepted but embraced, allowing them to come as they are
