Great to meet you!
Maybe part of you wants things to change while another part isn’t convinced change is possible, or even sure where to begin. Substance use may have become difficult to control, shifts in mood can make life feel unpredictable, depression may leave you disconnected from yourself, or trauma may continue affecting you long after the experience itself has passed. For men especially, asking for help can sometimes feel unfamiliar when you are used to handling problems on your own. I provide virtual individual and couples therapy throughout Alabama, with a focus on substance use and addiction, bipolar disorder, depression, men’s issues, and trauma. I also support clients navigating anxiety, OCD, PTSD, stress, and relationship difficulties when these concerns contribute to the larger challenges bringing them to therapy. With 17 years of experience, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can speak openly, better understand what is keeping you stuck, and begin working toward changes that are meaningful to you.
