Great to meet you!
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re dealing with trauma, substance use, anger, life challeges or depression. Many of the people I work with come in feeling unsure or even fearful of the process, often because of past experiences or the stigma around mental health. You don’t have to go through that alone. My goal is to provide a space where you can begin to feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I work closely with individuals rebuilding their lives, including those impacted by domestic violence, helping them focus on the present and move forward with greater clarity and stability. I’m known for my ability to build strong rapport and truly listen, taking time to understand your story before jumping into solutions. Clients should expect to feel heard and supported throughout our time together. I want my clients to feel safe and empowered during their time with me, and I feel privileged to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives.
Outside of my work, I enjoy quilting for stress relief, cooking and sharing cultural traditions with my granddaughter, and reading a wide range of books, which helps me stay grounded and connected to what brings meaning and balance in life.
