Great to meet you!

I am an eclectic counselor who conduct my assessment from a psychodynamic, attachment, and social learning perspective. I am licensed in the state of Florida and have many years of experience serving my community. I see clients in the evenings and prefer that you evaluate your availability and examine my published schedule on this site so you may schedule a live session that is convenient for you. I will respond to messages within 24 hours if not sooner.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is directive, interactive that combines cognitive-behavioral, social learning, motivational interviewing, rational-emotive, and solution-focused approaches. It is my belief, however, that you have the solutions within you, to overcome your challenges. I am here to guide you to unleash your inner strengths.

What you can expect from me

It does take a tremendous amount of courage to to reach out for help in your search for a happier, more fulfilling life; and an even stronger courage to take the first step towards change. Counseling and therapy can be uncomfortable for some as it is about making changes in one's life by embracing new perspective. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support your journey. I assign homework and use it to guide the session. I am directive, interactive, and collaborative.
