Hello, everyone! My name is Lyanna Alvarez, and I am thrilled to share this moment with you all. Currently residing in Orlando, Florida, I take pride in being a trans woman dedicated to fostering a supportive community and serving as a positive role model for fellow trans individuals. Hailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, I am fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing me to connect with a diverse range of people. I am eager to engage with all of you, share our stories, and build meaningful connections together!

As a clinician, I prioritize creating an environment that empowers my clients to challenge themselves and develop the skills they need to discover what truly resonates with them.

I work best with clients who are ready to move beyond survival mode and into a life that feels steady, meaningful, and self‐directed. My ideal client is navigating bipolar disorder, mood dysregulation, trauma histories, or stress‐ and adjustment‐related challenges, and is seeking a therapist who blends DBT skills with culturally attuned, strengths‐based care. They may feel overwhelmed by emotional intensity, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to build a life worth living, but they are open to learning new tools, exploring their inner landscape, and practicing change at a sustainable pace. I am especially aligned with clients who want to understand their moods, heal from what shaped them, and cultivate balance, boundaries, and self‐trust as they step into a fuller version of themselves.
