Great to meet you!

I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with my bachelors. I later attended University of Pittsburgh and earned my Master's in Social Work. I helped many different groups and individuals. Families, those in divorce proceedings, co-parenting, self- injury, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality, and others. I have completed 20 years addressing Mental Health and Behavioral Treatment needs, giving me much experience. Just know when there is a question, and I do not have an answer, I will work very to get you the answer!

Among all this greatness, I am a mom of two children and one of 4 keepers of the zoo we call home. Dogs, guinea pigs, and reptiles. They are a fun little bunch!

My approach to therapy

I use several therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from me

Our first session we will complete your Intake Assessment. In doing so we will verify your demographic information and learn some background information including your concerns. This really does provide an awesome way to start the important conversations.
