Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping clients find hope, healing, and renewed confidence during life's most challenging seasons. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, women's mental health concerns, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based therapies with warmth, empathy, and practical problem-solving. I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we'll build on those strengths while developing the skills needed to overcome life's challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with self-doubt, navigating relationship concerns, or adjusting to a major life change, therapy can help you move from simply getting through each day to truly thriving.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or tell your entire story during our first meeting.

We'll spend time discussing what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and personal goals so we can develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

By the end of our session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together, along with practical tools or strategies you can begin using right away. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged, knowing you have a plan and someone committed to helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
