Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about supporting clients heal trauma to better manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, challenges related to religious or spiritual beliefs, suicidal ideation, and eating disorders. I also support individuals navigating autism, ADHD, sexuality and intimacy, OCD, control issues, aging, motherhood, and self-esteem. As someone who was raised biculturally between Italy and the U.S., I bring a deep appreciation for the complexity of identity and experience. Taking the first step to begin therapy takes courage. I would be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I've been trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and take an integrative approach, primarily utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and CBT. I believe you are the expert of your own story—the answers are already within you. Sometimes we just need some space to bring those answers to light! This is not simply “talk therapy.”

What you can expect from me

Working with me is collaborative process that provides space to cultivate Self-trust, process and regulate emotions, uncover your inner strengths, and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. Together, we’ll work toward helping you heal, achieve your goals, and create the fulfilling life you deserve—even if you don’t yet feel deserving.
