Great to meet you!

Life can be more challenging than expected, and it's completely understandable to need help working through those challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression and have worked with a range of people, from highly successful professionals to people who struggle in every aspect of their lives. I also treat substance use concerns, low self-esteem, adjustment disorders, social stressors, and more.

My approach to therapy

There is no "one size fits all" approach here. I always work with the needs and potential of each individual foremost in my mind. I work in an integrative way, combining person-centered care principles in formulating treatment, but always working with supportive empathy and evidence-based cognitive behavioral interventions.

What you can expect from me

True growth and behavioral change occurs in a nurturing, non-judgmental environment. The relationship between client, and the therapist is the instrument in change, and is co-created. I will learn as much from you and you will from me. We will work together on identifying and attaining your goals.
