Great to meet you!

Meet Lydia (she/they), a therapist who specializes in working with children and youth between the ages of 3 and 25. Lydia has a passion for providing support to LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals. As an openly LGBTQ+ therapist, Lydia is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients to explore their identities and feel seen and heard. When she was 4 years old, and others would ask what she wanted to be when she grew up, she would always respond with "a psychologist."

A bit about my approach to therapy

Lydia uses a client-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. With experience in addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, Lydia fosters a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to achieve their goals and build a strong foundation for their mental health.
