Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor, and I’ve been working as a full-time clinician since graduating from Denver Seminary in 2018. I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—often as a result of painful past experiences, complicated family dynamics, or major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals who are deconstructing from high-control religious environments and navigating the impact of rigid belief systems, church hurt, and loss of identity or community. I also work closely with adult children of dysfunctional family systems, helping clients untangle long-standing relational patterns and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each person I work with. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and Brainspotting to help clients find relief from current symptoms while also addressing the deeper roots of distress. I’m especially passionate about combining IFS and Brainspotting to support healing at both the emotional and nervous system levels.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we may explore attachment wounds, identity questions, grief and loss, moral injury, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and understood, while also helping you move toward meaningful change—whether that’s developing a stronger sense of self, building healthier relationships, or finding greater clarity and purpose in your life.

I believe therapy is not just about insight, but about transformation. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing process.
