Great to meet you!

With 23 years of service in the United States Air Force, I understand the challenges of resilience, transition, and personal growth. My military background has given me firsthand insight into the complexities of trauma, loss, and adjustment, shaping my commitment to helping others navigate life’s difficulties with strength and clarity.

As a licensed therapist, I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and groups facing grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Whether you are struggling with a major life transition, emotional pain, or relationship challenges, my goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where healing can begin.

I take a collaborative, compassionate approach, drawing from evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking personal healing, rebuilding a relationship, or looking for group support, I am here to guide you toward growth and meaningful change.

Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I am honored to be a part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

As a warm, caring, and compassionate therapist, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. My calming presence helps foster trust, allowing for open and meaningful conversations that lead to healing and growth.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and change negative thought patterns, promoting healthier emotional responses. Solution-Focused Therapy allows us to identify strengths and develop practical strategies for positive change. I also incorporate Trauma-Informed Care to provide a safe and understanding space for healing, along with Mindfulness-Based Techniques to enhance self-awareness and stress management.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. Together, we will work toward:

  • Increased Self-Awareness – Understanding the root of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to make meaningful changes.
  • Healthier Thought Patterns – Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe negative thinking and develop a more balanced perspective.
  • Stronger Coping Skills – Equipping you with practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Improved Relationships – Helping couples and individuals enhance communication, rebuild trust, and foster deeper connections.
  • A Renewed Sense of Control – Empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
