Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained—and nothing seems to be helping the way you hoped—you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure of what they need next.

I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, and life stressors, and who are ready for a thoughtful, personalized approach to care. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to truly understand what’s going on beneath the surface—not just manage symptoms. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your life, whether that includes medication, supportive therapy, or a combination of both.

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach, meaning you’ll feel heard, involved, and supported every step of the way. Treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all—and I don’t treat it that way. I have a strong focus on mood disorders, including depression and bipolar-related concerns, as well as anxiety-related conditions. I also support individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, burned out, or struggling to regain balance.

What you can expect from me

I believe feeling truly heard is one of the most important parts of care. I take the time to listen and understand your experience, rather than rushing to give quick solutions.

My goal is to support you in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your life—creating a treatment plan that helps you feel better without adding unnecessary stress or overwhelm.
