Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lydia. I work with kids, teens and adults who are dealing with a variety of things like feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, and the pressure to figure out who they are and how to navigate relationships, school, or life transitions.

You might be struggling with overthinking, difficulty focusing, emotional ups and downs, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and start building tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I draw most from person-centered therapy, but incorporate techniques from other modalities such as CBT and motivational interviewing. More importantly, I focus on helping you understand your patterns and develop skills you can actually use outside of sessions.

Together, we’ll work on things like managing anxiety, improving focus and organization, navigating relationships, and building confidence in yourself and your decisions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been going on for you and what you’d like to get out of therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we start identifying what’s getting in your way and where you want things to feel different.

Over time, you can expect to walk away with practical tools to manage stress and emotions, feel more confident in your relationships, and have a clearer sense of direction in your life.
