Great to meet you!

I love challenging patients and encouraging them to practice the courage of vulnerability. I am a social worker at heart and I care deeply about advocating for others. I have spent years in the Lowcountry working to raise up others and show them, with some informed guidance, they're stronger than they might believe themselves to be. I am originally from NYC. I have my Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. I am certified in Addiction Counseling. I love exchanging ideas and practicing mindfulness techniques which includes in session meditations.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors and individuals who are neurodivergent.

To meet your specific needs, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, incorporating methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from me

My ideal client is someone seeking to challenge lifelong limiting beliefs and a desire to show up authentically. This patient is looking for a compassionate therapist and guide.
