Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down and begin reconnecting with what matters most. I support adults who are navigating life’s challenges and want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and the patterns shaping their lives.

My role is to be a steady, supportive presence as you explore your inner world and move toward healing and growth. I strive to create a positive, judgment-free space where you feel safe showing up as you are and beginning the healing process at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you uncover your values, clarify your goals, and use them as a foundation for meaningful change.

I take a practical, goal-oriented approach while also incorporating creativity and imagination. As an art therapist, I recognize that art can open pathways to healing that words alone sometimes cannot. Creative expression can help process emotions and experiences in ways that traditional talk therapy may not always reach.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building connection, getting to know your story, and exploring what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that matter to you and shaping a plan that feels supportive and achievable.

My hope is that you leave feeling heard, grounded, and clearer about next steps. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out to schedule an initial consultation and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
