Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Doctor of Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy for brief, targeted treatment of anxiety, life transitions, neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ related issues. I am currently available for Telehealth only, adults age 18+.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in 'one size fits all' therapy. Instead, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Polyvagal Theory, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to create an approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. You are the expert in your life, and my goal is to provide guidance, support, and actionable steps to improve overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by discussing what you hope to achieve in therapy. I'll learn about your background and current concerns, and we'll begin identifying goals for our brief, focused work together. This is also a time for you to ask any questions and make sure we're a good fit.
