Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), in Texas, with 5 years of professional experience. I obtained my Master of Social Work from the University of Arlington and have experience working with adults, Veterans, first responders, children, and young adults.

I can provide Evidence-Based Psychotherapies that are tried and true to help reduce patient symptoms. I have experience in CBT-Depression, Problem-Solving Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Insomnia, Tinnitus, and Grief.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to work with my clients to create an open & safe environment where thoughts & feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take those first steps towards a change.

I have worked with clients to help them reduce stress, depression, anxiety, as well as with clients navigating trauma, LBGTQ+ related issues, challenges with self-esteem & relationships.

What you can expect from me

I hope to provide an overview of my therapy services and my therapy approach and discuss ways we can work together to reach your therapy goals!

I also hope to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing. As well as an opportunity for you to get to know me!

Let's work together!
