Great to meet you!

Welcome. I'm an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years in healthcare and a deep passion for guiding others toward emotional wellness. My mission is to offer compassionate, culturally attuned, and evidence-based care for individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship struggles.

As a bilingual provider (English/Español), I create a warm and nonjudgmental space where healing feels possible. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, so we can uncover the roots of emotional pain and build lasting change together.

Whether you're navigating a difficult chapter, seeking greater self-awareness, or managing complex psychiatric concerns, I'm here to walk alongside you with empathy, clinical knowledge, and hope.

Let’s begin your journey to feeling better, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic, compassionate, and client-centered approach to mental health. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I combine evidence-based practices with genuine empathy to guide clients through healing, growth, and self-discovery. Whether we’re exploring medication options, processing difficult emotions, or working through relationship challenges, I meet each client where they are and walk alongside them in their journey toward emotional wellness and balance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling supported, understood, and empowered. Together, we work toward gaining clarity, improving emotional balance, and developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is for you to walk away with a greater sense of self-awareness, relief from distressing symptoms, and a growing confidence in your ability to create meaningful change in your life. Healing is a journey, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
