Great to meet you!

I have over seven years of experience in the mental health field. I received my training as a clinical social worker from Boston College.

I specialize in helping people with anxiety, trauma, challenging life transitions, and the experiences that often come with them - stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, low self-esteem, relationship problems, and loneliness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in talk therapy and narrative therapy, which help people increase insight, process feelings, and build a sense of empowerment. When clients feel it is helpful to them, I also draw on mindfulness techniques, expressive therapies, and my training in EMDR and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)

I approach therapy as a collaborative process that combines the client's expertise in their own life with my knowledge and understanding as a therapist.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves and the challenges they face. They will have skills to build deeper relationships with their loved ones and navigate mental health and life challenges. The goal is to work together to do what is needed to allow the client to get to a place of growth and well being.
