Great to meet you!

I strive to provide a safe space for individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, prenatal/pregnancy/postpartum challenges, parenthood, substance use, and PTSD/trauma. I am passionate about helping people explore their multicultural identities and process their assimilation/acculturation struggles. I am trained in EMDR and have advanced postgraduate training in addiction counseling.

Please note that I am only available for telehealth video sessions for residents of Colorado.

My approach to therapy

I am a warm, open-minded therapist and believe in helping individuals better understand their symptoms and concerns. I am flexible, yet value structure and clear communication in a therapeutic relationship. Some may say that I am kind, yet direct in my approach.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will involve a thorough assessment of your concerns, history, goals, and your expectations for treatment and future sessions together. I aim to meet everyone just where they are at the moment.
