Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive place to talk through life’s challenges. For the past 19 years, I have worked with individuals and families navigating difficult moments, helping them find clarity, healing, and renewed strength. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I have a special passion for supporting people through grief and major life transitions.

Life can bring unexpected changes such as the loss of a loved one, relationship shifts, career changes, or other transitions that leave you feeling overwhelmed or unsure of the next step. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you can process your experiences, feel truly heard, and begin to move forward at your own pace.

Throughout my career, I have supported clients facing grief, anxiety, stress, and life adjustments. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself and feel supported as we work together toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and therapy should be tailored to your individual needs and goals. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable sharing openly.

I often integrate evidence-based techniques while also creating space for reflection, understanding patterns, and developing practical tools that can help you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, build coping strategies, and help you move toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process.

There is no pressure to share everything right away. My goal is simply to create a comfortable space where you can begin telling your story. We will also discuss your goals for therapy and begin identifying ways we can work together to support your healing and personal growth.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to have a place where they can talk openly and start taking meaningful steps forward.
