Great to meet you!

I offer an integrative approach and call my practice East Meets West Psychotherapy, working with clients that want to heal, grow and understand themselves more fully. My work is informed by my life experience, which I bring into the room alongside my clinical training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate clinician with 25 years in private practice, described by clients as compassionate, direct and solutions focused. I draw on Eastern and Western modalities, including Buddhist Psychology and Mindfulness. I provide Positive Affect Treatment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I created and offer Mind Balance Lab, a structured therapy that is for clients that feel flat, stagnant, or disconnected from joy.

What you can expect from me

A warm and open relationship is essential with all of my clients. Developing our relationship is a priority and a strength of mine. You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out. We can chat and start where you are at. Together, we will set goals that meet your needs and support your values.
