Great to meet you!

I work primarily with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of trauma. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one where we gently explore both your past and present to better understand how your experiences have shaped you. Together, we’ll work toward healing old wounds, cultivating greater self-compassion, and expanding your capacity to feel more connected—to yourself, your emotions, and the people in your life. My hope is to offer a space that feels supportive, thoughtful, and safe enough for meaningful growth and change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive process. We'll begin by building a foundation of safety and trust so you feel grounded and understood. From there, we'll work together to ease current symptoms, deepen insight into your emotional patterns and cultivate curiosity and compassion towards your experiences. Over time, this work supports meaningful growth, resilience and a stronger connection to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we will explore what brought you to therapy and link current struggles and patterns to childhood experiences. These approaches aim to heal and resolve the root causes of your struggles which will allow you to feel more inner peace, contentment, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
