Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling: Clinical Mental Health, specializing in trauma-informed care. I have advanced training in EMDR, ego state work, and nervous system regulation, and I work with adults who are high-functioning but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for deeper change. My work focuses on helping you process underlying experiences so they no longer impact how you think, feel, and function. Clients often describe my style as calm, direct, and supportive, with a focus on steady, meaningful progress. I often think of this work as helping clients move into their “second sunrise”—a place of clarity, stability, and intentional living after feeling stuck. I believe healing is intentional and that growth comes from integrating—not avoiding—your experiences. Many people I work with are at a turning point and ready for a more grounded, aligned way of living. If that resonates, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, practical, and focused on meaningful progress. I use EMDR and parts-based work to help process experiences that feel stuck so they no longer carry the same weight. Rather than staying at the surface, we focus on resolving what’s driving patterns underneath. I guide sessions with intention while keeping the pace manageable and grounded. I also help you build regulation skills so you can respond to stress more effectively. I often think of this work as moving toward your “second sunrise”—a shift into living with more intention, ownership, and alignment. This is collaborative work with clear direction. The goal is real, lasting change—not just insight, but shift.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a structured starting point designed to understand you and what brings you in. Sessions are held via secure teletherapy, allowing you to meet from a private, comfortable space. We’ll complete an intake covering current concerns, relevant history, and patterns you’re noticing. You don’t need to share everything at once—just what feels most important. I’ll also ask about day-to-day functioning like stress, sleep, and relationships. The session is guided but comfortable, not overwhelming. My goal is to get a clear, focused picture of where you are now and where you want to go—often what I think of as moving toward your “second sunrise,” a place of greater direction and steadiness. You’ll have space to ask questions along the way.
